Go No Far Places – Haiku #29

go no far places,

cold nights, empty streets; go now,

search for warmth within,

~ ~ ~

search for warmth within,

vaults of heart hold kindle fire,

no grave wind conquers

~ ~ ~

no grave wind conquers,

a kind, loving, saintly heart,

truth, the kindle fire

This post is an entry in Haiku Challenge for April 2012 at Haiku Heights. The prompt being ‘warmth’.

  1. Beautifully expressed the warmth in each person’s own self… But that is somehow never enough… we go searching for it in others… We seek others to love us, while what really matters is the truth whether you love yourself or not! Very nice… 🙂
